At the root of perfectionism is how we attribute success and failure--manifesting in multiple ways, including underachievement, procrastination, blame, shame, and image control. Learn to identify the signs of perfectionism in your students and incorporate growth mindset practices to help them succeed and achieve.

What am I going to get from this course?
Pefectionism is often oversimplified and therefore misunderstand--from simply wanting things to be neat to the debilitating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). In this course, we will narrow the definition and introduce the types of healthy and unhealthy manifestations that arise from valuing perfection. You will see others (and maybe even yourself) in a whole new light!
